A&W Restaurant is looking for an Assistant Manager candidate that possesses the following traits and skills:
Proven ability to succeed in the Restaurant industry with current or previous experience in a restaurant management or leadership position.
Thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Knowledge of State and Federal labor laws.
Ability to motivate, train and work with others in a quick service environment.
Must be well groomed and friendly.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Must be available to work extra hours if staffing levels are inadequate.
We are in a Food Court environment. Hours of operation are 8:30-7 PM M-TH, 8:30-8 PM -Fri & Sat, 9-6 PM Sun.
Work week is typically 40-45 hours per week but Assistant will be required to work extra shifts occasionally as business demands.
