Hi. I just started working out again, but I am still pretty bad with my diet! I need someone to help me do Meal Prep. Will need someone to shop for the ingredients, and prepare the weekly meals. The meals will need to be high in protein, and follow some basic Macros (protein, carb, fat, I have a great recipe book if needed). I have the tupperware containers for the food and of course I will also pay for all ingredients used in preparing the food. All the lunches can be the same meal, and all the dinners can be the same meal for the week.
