Whole animal/ sustainable butcher shop in Liberty Lake is looking for a full-time meat cutter/ sales clerk.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
is comfortable talking to customers
able to multitask with attention to detail
is comfortable with knives and equipment
has prior kitchen experience or knowledge
can stand for extended periods of time
has/ can obtain a food handlers card
has open availability or the ability to work 40 hours a week
Duties include:
Whole animal butchery
Sausage stuffing
Meat grinding
Smoking
Dehydrating meats
Slicing
Talking to customers and ringing them up
Opening and closing the front of house
