Your Post Falls Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters' shop is on the hunt for 2 new part-time baristas.
We've got a stellar team that is making magic happen, one cup-o-joe at a time. We're hoping to get our hours back to normal soon, and need just a couple more talented baristas to make it happen.
The store is open 7 days a week, from early morning, into the evening, so open availability within those times is important.

Over the years we have always believed our coffee is good, but it will only be great if we carefully select the right people. These folks consistently provide positive customer experiences and the coffee drinks are created with passion. When you're surrounded by these like-minded people, work doesn't feel much like work, but something you can't wait to do!
Here's a little bit of what we're looking for:
We believe great coffee and great service go hand in hand. So a strong desire to serve people, and an obsession with making only great coffee drinks are 100% necessary. Doing it with style is a big plus.
We believe to serve great coffee, you have to drink great coffee. You have a love of all kinds of coffee, from single origin pour-overs, traditional espresso favorites such as cortados or americanos, and love to indulge in the occasional (or habitual) double mocha, pumpkin spice, or chai tea latte.
You're always up to date on product knowledge whether it's coffee, food or retail items- sample our coffees, receive information from our Roasters, Drink Trainers as well as our Bakery manager.
We can count on you- you are punctual, can follow a simple dress code, and will "own it" every day.
