Available positions: Lunch Server, Dinner Server
We are looking to fill limited positions in a small team of passionate professionals at restaurant and cocktail bar in downtown Sandpoint, Idaho. The Bank is focused on local and craft offerings in a welcoming setting. As a company we place a high value on quality of product and quality of life. General Requirements
Serve-Safe and/or TIPS certifications (you will be reimbursed upon completion of test if needed)
Ability to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining a respectful demeanor to coworkers
Desire to expand your skill-set and learn as a team
Relevant experience to the position you are seeking
High level of personal presentation and hygiene
Positions currently available:
Front of House (server): Base $8/hr + tips, A family meal and a shift drink is provided daily.
Servers Expectations
Experience in a full service restaurant including knowledge of allergens and general food knowledge.
Attention to detail and cleanliness is key.
A positive and collaborative attitude.
A training program is in place and will require a strong willingness to learn and explore new techniques.
Craft bartering or barista experience is a great foundation.
Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time and handle highly active work environment
