MAX at Mirabeau is looking for a hot shot, passionate, talented saute cook that can work in a fast paced environment. This role is very hands-on, requiring attention to detail and a positive work attitude. This position is Full time with benefits. Must be able to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and holidays.
Plan, prepare, cook and present food to the standards required by the company
Ensure that the restaurant/hotel's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced
Control portion size and monitor waste
Ensure meals are produced on time and sufficient quantities are available
Ensure Health and Safety Standards are maintained
Customer focused at all times, approachable and quick to exceed expectations
