Summary of Position:
This position will maintain store operation, cleanliness standards and safety. A qualified candidate will handle sales, provide quality customer service, and produce production in a friendly and timely manner. This will be a set Tuesday – Saturday schedule. Pay is dependent upon experience, but will start at $18 per hour until training is complete. Once training is complete and the store lead is working independently, the pay will go up to $19.78 per hour with the addition of an incentive program that will be paid out monthly if goals are met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare weekly schedule and communicate with staff to ensure schedules work with their other responsibilities
Write food orders twice a week to food distributor. Communicate with food representative for any outs or mis picks with each order upon delivery. Report any food outs and mis picks
Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s approved recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
Ensure cleaning responsibilities are getting done each day and the store’s cleanliness meets standards.
Be knowledgeable and able to step into any store role
Report any equipment issues
Report any customer issues
Perform job interviews. Prepare new employee paperwork. Help train new employees. Handle and report any employee issues.
Enter payroll hours and send reports the day after the pay period ends
Gather all monthly reports and receipts and place in monthly envelope
Get change for petty cash weekly
Make weekly trip to storage to get storage items
Keep track of drivers on deliveries
Reconcile nightly deposits and reports
Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
Must have a clear understanding of company policy
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
