We’re opening a chef‑driven donut and coffee shop in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho right on Sherman Avenue. Our approach is chef-led, and centered on local, organic, seasonal ingredients — no artificial flavors or colors.
We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and hard‑working Assistant Pastry Chef with 3–5 years of pastry experience to join us from day one and help build the kitchen, with potential to manage it in the future.
What you’ll do:
Assist in daily donut production and recipe scaling
Develop seasonal flavors and new recipes
Keep the kitchen organized, efficient, and food-safe
Collaborate closely in shaping our brand and operations
Grow into a leadership role over time
Who you are:
Experienced pastry professional (3–5 years)
Creative, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Excited about farm‑fresh, natural ingredients
Responsible, punctual, and a team player
Eager to grow with our startup and eventually oversee the kitchen
