We are a senior Adult Family Home located in the 5-mile area. We have 6 residents and we're looking for an additional caregiver that is hard-working, responsible, punctual/on time and a team player. The shift is Sunday from 7 am to 9 pm, Wednesday 7 am to 9 pm, Thursday 2 pm to 9 pm, Friday 7 am to 9 pm, and Saturday 7 am to 2 pm. Our residents are primarily females and therefore we are looking for a female caregiver.
You'll be responsible for the following:
- Companionship
- Medication administration
- Social activities
- Cleaning
- Personal care
- Meal prep
- Laundry
If you have never worked as a caregiver and you don't have some of the requirements below, you can still get hired and get the required documentation during the first 3 months of work.
Requirements:
- Valid HCA, NAC or NAR License
- Reliable form of transportation
- Social Security Card or Taxpayer Id
- Negative 2-Step TB Test
- Able to pass a Fingerprint and Background Check
- Valid Food Handling Permit
- First Aid CPR Training
- Orientation and Safety Training
- Nurse Delegation Core Training
- Dementia Specialty Training
- Mental Health Specialty Training
