Serenity Residential Care Services LLC serves children with intellectually disabilities in a home setting called a Staffed Residential Home. Serenity Residential Care Services is looking for men and women to work with intellectually disabled children in a Staffed Residential Home in the Spokane Valley. If you are bored with your job and are looking to make a difference in the lives of children and your community, this is the job for you.
Duties include ensuring safety and supervision, taking children on outings in the community, facilitating medication, some cooking and cleaning, playing games, teaching lessons outlined in our Treatment Plans, facilitating family visits, and much more.
Applicants must / be:
-21 Years old;
-Be able to pass a criminal and CPS background check
-Have a driver's license, insurance, and dependable automobile;
-Be able to pass a drug test
-Have 1 years' experience working with children in some capacity.
Compensation BEGINS at $12.00 hr. F/T (30hr +) employees have access to benefits including Medical, Dental, PTO, and Bonus' for performance.
