Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking for a rewarding career in caregiving? Magnolia Care Assisted Living is seeking experienced and caring individuals to join our NOC shift. Magnolia Care is a facility that specializes in caring for residents with behavioral health needs. Must have current CNA, HCA, NAR license (NAR must have been acquired prior to 2012). Looking to get into the healthcare field? We will put the right candidate through training. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k offered for full time employees. Aflac also offered.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately
Housekeeping
Facility laundry
Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
Promote resident rights and maintain a safe and supportive environment
Report any unusual incidents
Qualifications:
Previous experience in personal care or other related fields encouraged, but not required
Compassionate and caring demeanor
Ability to build rapport with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
