Liberty Park Family Dentistry is looking for a full time Dental Hygienist to join our team! We have a schedule full of awesome patients who need a skilled and friendly hygienist to assume their care.
We are a smaller office with a great team. Dr. Van Gemert is laid back while still expecting the best for his patients. Our hygiene appointments are 60 minutes long and 90 minutes for new patients or SRPs. We do NOT operate on an accelerated schedule. We have a great group of team players who make a point of helping each other throughout the day. Our alternating 4-day weekends are great for work/life balance.
Another fun aspect of working at Liberty Park Family Dentistry is our location. We are located in the quaint and desirable South Perry Business District. There is a farmers market in the warmer seasons along with events like a street fair and other holiday specials from local businesses.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
Take and record radiographic images.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.
Schedule: Alternating Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday from 7:30-4pm. If you are looking for a Part time position, we would be interested in hearing what days you would be looking for.
