Assisted Residential Services is one of the biggest Supported Living agencies in the Spokane area. We provide support and Habilitative training to adults with developmental disabilities in their own homes. We are growing very fast and are looking for team members that have the heart and drive to be Habilitative Specialists.
We are currently looking for qualified individuals to join our incredible team of Habilitative Specialists. AsÂa HabilitativeÂSpecialistÂyou will be in the homes of adults with developmental disabilities helping them with day to day tasks. We are growing at such a fast rate that we have a great selection of shifts available! We provide 24/7 care and have a variety of shifts available including, part time, full time, nights, swings, and on-call. If you love to help people and are driven by a desire to make a difference in your everyday work life, this opportunity is for you.
Experience is not necessary, all that is needed is a quality work ethic and the passion to help others. We at Assisted Residential Services will take care of all your training needs.
RequirementsÂ
Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be 18 years old or older
Must pass a Washington state background check
Must have a valid driver's licenseÂ
Must pass mandatory drug test
Must have a reliable vehicle
Must have current auto Insurance
Must be able to read, write and perform basic math
