Full time permanent position
SALARY IS $77,000 ANNUALLY
Behavioral Health treatment facility providing nursing services for mentally ill patients
You do not need prior behavioral experience
State position with FULL STATE BENEFITS
Standard shifts, full-time LPN positions:
Day - 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
Evening - 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
Night - 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM
ALL SHIFTS REQUIRE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing treatments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff.
Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE a valid Washington LPN license
Experience in providing direct patient care
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
