Tailwind Physical Therapy is looking for a committed Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. Our facility offers a positive work environment for both our staff and our patients with state of the art equipment including a therapy pool with underwater treadmill, and plenty of space to work with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitations
- Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
- Create fitness and wellness oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on injury prevention
-Utilize EMR systems to document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
- Consult and work with other team members
- Evaluate effects, monitor and communicate progress with other team members
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
