We are seeking patient and nurturing individuals to act as a mentor at our client's place of
employment. We strive to match our individuals with employment they are passionate about and help
with their independence It is difficult to find employers who are willing to hire people with
developmental disabilities. So, when they do, we want to help our individuals keep those jobs You
are the key to this.

Remind them of steps
Act as a support
Schedule:
Our client works approximately 15 hours total Mon-Fri between the hours of 8a and 6p. The shift is typically Mon 3pm-6pm, Tues 3pm-5:30pm, Wed 9am-11am and 3pm-6pm, Thurs 3pm-5:30pm, Fri 9am-11am, and 3pm-6pm. You will know a week in advance what your schedule will be.

Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Current vehicle insurance
17+ years old
