We are searching for a highly motivated team player to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Human Resource Generalist- Benefits will be primarily responsible for working with the current HR Benefits Generalist, to insure the successful continuation of benefits and wellness services for multiple health and welfare plans for Inland Imaging Business Associates (IIBA) and family/client companies including: Inland Imaging Clinical Associates, Integra Imaging, PS, Inland Northwest Imaging, PS, Nuvodia, Nuvodia Staffing, and Gestalt.

The successful candidate will have a strong benefits background with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast- paced team environment. Other key skills include: the ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and detail orientation; handling multiple priorities with constant interruptions; excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality; and the ability to make independent decisions regarding daily work priorities and other decisions based on company policies and procedures. Must be a self-starter with proven skills in providing excellent customer service to clients to meet their varied needs. Customer focus and excellent communication ability to ensure employee and leadership understanding of HR policies and practices. Professional demeanor is required to deal with a wide variety of people at all levels.

General HR Functions:

Serves as a first point of contact for HR health and welfare issues; may direct certain issues to other specialty areas if needed

Assists with the administration of both fully insured and self-insured health and welfare benefit plans

Responsible for keeping the Chief HR Officer /Department Managers informed about any and all benefits issues affecting IIBA and client companies including regulatory/legal issues that may affect their department/employees

Ensures compliance with all federal and state legal and laws and regulations that affect HR/company

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and stays current with best practices

Directs employee concerns to the appropriate level of leadership/department/HR

Provides guidance to executives, managers, supervisors, and employees

Maintains recordkeeping and responds to requests for reports

Keeps abreast of changes in legislation and court decisions to determine impact of those changes in the current employment environment

Handles general administrative responsibilities; and assists other HR functional areas as required.

Ensures a high degree of confidentiality and security of employee documentation

Assists in the development, installation, and administration of wellness programs, initiatives, and incentive plans for IIBA and all client companies

Performs other duties as assigned
