We are seeking dedicated and skilled Paint Prep professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing aircraft surfaces for painting, ensuring that all materials and equipment are ready for the painting process. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule 3:30pm to Midnight Monday thru Friday OT possible depending on workload.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Operate various hand tools and power tools to assist in the preparation process.
Handle materials safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in the assembly of components as required before painting.
Familiarity with mechanical concepts and fabrication processes is highly desirable.
Experience with machining, welding, or auto body repair is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
