Carpet Cleaning Technician wanted for a day shift position. We have full time (35+hrs/week) or part time (15+hrs/week) positions available. We are a Family owned and operated company established in Spokane Valley for over 45 years. Quality of work is a #1 priority with our company, and consistency is a must!
Experience is a plus, but not required as we will provide all training. Must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record and dependable phone and vehicle. We are looking for individuals with a self motivated and independent attitude, good multitasking skills, and someone who is a team player. This is a physical line of work, that will involve occasional heavy lifting and a lot of time on your feet, so physical stamina will be needed.
Position Responsibilities:
Retrieve and complete daily work order
Using truck mount carpet cleaning equipment, along with cleaning agents.
Communicates to customers/property management
Clean all carpets with attention to quality
Understand function and use of all cleaning chemicals
Carpet stretching and other repairs (training provided)
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned work van.
ON CALL during weekends with triple time paid compensation
Requirements:
21 years or older
Flexible schedule
Valid License w/ clean record
Lives in Spokane/Spokane Valley City limits
Reliable phone and transportation is a requirement!

Compensation:
$18.00/hr + comissions. Pay raise eligible after 90 day period.
Commission on upsales available after training period. Average salary relies on individuals ability to upsell and willingness to work! Most employees average 19-21per hour with commissions.
