Maintenance Person position available at a Commercial Real Estate Management Company in the Spokane Valley.
33 hrs/week
$20-$23/hr starting DOE.
Job opening requires landscape detail duties including garbage and weed control, sprinkler repair, sprinkler clock programming. Winter season will involve snow removal. Must have clothes that allow you to work outside in possible inclement weather.
General interior building maintenance duties include monthly HVAC filter change, unit turnovers, minor plumbing repairs.
Looking for somebody who doesn’t mind doing a wide array of duties. One day you might be painting and cleaning a newly vacated space and the next week spraying weeds or repairing sprinkler heads.
A work van will be provided.
Applicants must have a valid driver's license.
This job requires 33 hours per week.
Monday-Thursday 7am-2pm
Friday 7am-12pm
Pay rate range of $20-$23/hour depending on experience. Paid time off earned is available after 90 days of employment. PTO begins accruing right away. No medical coverage available. Please message me and reply with a resume if interested.
