We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Apprentice with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience to contribute to our growing team.
Position Summary: As an Electrical Apprentice, you will work alongside journeyman electricians to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for a variety of projects. This role is a great opportunity to gain valuable field experience, improve your skills, and work toward becoming a certified journeyman electrician.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am - 4 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Assist journeyman electricians with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial projects in the Spokane area.
Conduct electrical wiring, conduit bending, and installation of fixtures and other electrical components.
Troubleshoot and identify issues within electrical systems.
Maintain tools, materials, and equipment in good working order.
Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and supervisors.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 years of electrical apprentice experience.
Completion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program or current enrollment.
Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Washington state electrical regulations.
Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand for long periods, and work in various weather conditions.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics.
Experience with both residential and commercial electrical systems.
