Northside Builders Inc, is looking to expand our work crew for the very busy year before us. We are looking to fill 1 to 2 spots. We are a locally owned general construction company that specializes in landscape and excavation work. We run smaller crews, giving more work and hours to employee. We work Monday thru Friday 6 am to 4:30 pm, sometimes later and only work Saturdays if a job needs to completed. We work from Spokane Valley, deer park, post falls.If you enjoy working 50 hours a week, and have a high standard in your work this could be a perfect fit for you. We take pride in our consistent high quality work and want to bring in employees who take pride in theirs. All applicants must have a good work ethic, good attitude, be dependable, valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Physical demanding job. Should be able to lift 50 pounds all day long.

Landscaping:
Experience with skidsteer
Experience with installing irrigation/sprinkler system
Understand of grade and water draining
Work alone
Hard work ethic
Excavation: labor, run grade, shovel, rake,
Install sewer pipe, water pipe. Jumping jack, plate compact.
We also build and pour footings along with other construction tasks.
