Job Title: Experienced Handyman/Maintenance Person
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman/Maintenance Person for a private residence. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled, detail-oriented, and able to take a hands-on approach to maintaining the property. This role requires someone with a wide range of skills, from basic repairs and troubleshooting to occasional painting and other maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs on the property (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance
Handle small painting projects and touch-ups as needed
Ensure outdoor areas are well-maintained, including minor landscaping tasks
Respond to urgent maintenance issues in a timely manner
Manage basic upkeep of equipment and tools
Work closely with household staff to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a maintenance role
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Knowledge of general repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical work
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
Must be flexible and willing to perform varied tasks as needed
