We are seeking a skilled Painter for a property owner. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and commercial painting, possess knowledge of various painting techniques, and be able to work efficiently to deliver high-quality results.
Duties:
- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
- Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to different surfaces
- Use various techniques such as brush, roller, or airless spray to apply paint
- Cover surfaces with cloth or plastic to ensure protection during painting
- Calculate costs and negotiate prices for paint jobs
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential and commercial settings
- Knowledge of various painting techniques including airless spray and caulking
- Familiarity with power tools used in painting and renovation projects
- Experience working on construction sites or industrial painting projects is a plus
- Ability to estimate construction costs for painting projects
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
