Finish carpentry is the gravy work of carpentry, doing all inside work,
staircase railings, door hanging, casing, base trim, crown molding, beam work,
built-ins, mantles, wall panels, T&G ceilings and/or walls, all the fancy stuff that
really makes the end product come together.
Most carpenters (including us) spend years working their way up to finish carpentry by
roofing, framing, siding (or all 3) first.
Starting pay will depend on any carpentry experience, and generous raises AS you learn,
but you have to pay for your education somehow (college, trade schools, etc.) so expect
the pay to reflect that in the beginning.
We don't make money on you for months, while your learning. We are investing in you!
We are looking for people who REALLY want to make this a career. People who value
loyalty and a great boss (no yelling, screaming, drama) and a great crew (with us 5yrs minimum).
Please send your resume OR "DETAILED" description of your experience & references.
Include your phone # please
Please include a list of tools that you may OWN
AND a list of tools you may have used and are comfortable using.
