We seek a reliable, detail-oriented, experienced Lot Specialist to join our team. This position requires regular vehicle movement, so driving expertise, particularly with a manual transmission, is a necessity. Our Lot Specialists are crucial to promptly getting our newly acquired inventory ready for sale, helping us offer a diverse range of vehicles to our clientele as soon as possible.
About the Position:

Primary Responsibilities:
Maintaining a neat, customer-friendly vehicle lot
Filling vehicles with fuel and preparing them for sale
Collaborating with team members to handle inventory management duties
Ensuring all vehicles are clean and inspected for any maintenance needs
Position Requirements:
Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle (non-negotiable)
Proactive attitude with strong initiative
Comfort driving a variety of vehicle makes and models
Excellent timekeeping skills, able to meet deadlines consistently
Reliable personal transportation and a somewhat flexible schedule
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities
