GARDENING EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY.
Trimming experience is also necessary.
This is all a team effort and everyone is cross-trained so they can help where needed. We carefully grow and trim high-quality, indoor, award-winning plants. Attention to detail is necessary. The desire to produce a beautiful product is necessary.
This is a YEAR-ROUND position at an indoor facility.
THIS IS NOT JUST A SEASONAL JOB
Part-time or full-time hours are possible to accommodate the needs of the employee. Some weekend hours will be necessary.
