We are not willing to teach someone with little to No experience, because we are not looking for a worker.
We are looking for the best who can potentially become LEAD GUYS. You need to be able to talk to your team and talk to builders to efficiently finish the job
your starting pay will be $30 an hour if you know how to do everything on that list:
●installing cabinets
●installing false beams on ceilings
●building out formica counter tops
●building out a fire place or mantle
●build & install floating shelves
●installing doors
●trimming doors out
●Installing base in rooms
●trimming windows out
●know how to cut any kind of MDF 4by8 sheets and hang them on walls or build boxes, cubbies, custom walk in closets.
Please don't lie about what you know or you will only be wasting your own time and you will be fired.
These are required:
-MUST not smoke cigarettes AT ALL
(Had problems people smoking and smelling up a BRAND new house)
-MUST have a reliable vehicle to get around
-MUST be able to work long hours
