Are you resourceful, handy, and able to assist me with projects around my homestead in Laclede?
Pay: $36/hr
Immediate projects:
1. Installing interior paneling
2. Installing a kitchen sink and connecting an already installed dishwasher.
3. Cabinetry installs
4. Building shelves
5. Connecting in-floor radiant heat system
6. Wiring solar panels
AWD or 4x4 with decent ground clearance will make accessing my property easier. A vehicle such as a Subaru Outbackmanages the road just fine.
Your manpower and problem solving skills are needed! Most tools required are already on site. I'm quite capable myself and can help fill in gaps of knowledge.
PPE such as respirators, ear plugs, and safety glasses will also be provided. Your safety is important to me.
There should be work until at least mid November. Perhaps some though the winter, and once the snow melts in the Spring, there will be plenty needing done.
