Looking for folks to work 30-40 hours during the hours of 9:00-6:00, Monday through Friday, on our house flips. You pick the days you want to work, but no less than 4 hours in a single day.
Construction experience is great, being handy is good with us too!
Here's the type of work we'd being doing:
- Demolishing, clearing trash from the property, cleaning
- Framing, plumbing, & electrical
- Drywalling & tiling
- Painting
- Kitchen Cabinets
- Flooring
- Fixtures, appliances, vanities, & countertops
- Landscaping
- Finishing touches, clean up & staging
Employment Information:
- This is W9 contract work, meaning you’ll fill out a W9 and be responsible for your own income reporting
- The wage is $22 an hour
- The pay period is from Thursday to Thursday, with payments being processed by end of day Friday
- We pay via direct deposit or payment app like Cash App, Venmo or PayPal.
