This job consists of installing and servicing multiple types of Point Of Sale (POS) safes, kiosks, bitcoin machines, smart lockers and other types of machines. You will be trained on how to install and service all machines. These are installed in fast food restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, and many other businesses. Skill set needed for this is being able to operate a roto hammer, drills, various hand tools, and able to do light programming of the safes (date, time, store name, etc.). Safes range in weight from 88lbs to 1500lbs. Truck, van or SUV is best for tools and occasionally transporting a smaller safe. Hand truck and furniture dolly required for these types of installations as well as various other tools.
The Spokane technician will be expected to travel to all Eastern Washington sites. This may include all cites east of the mountain and into Idaho. Mileage is paid at .50 per mile after the first fifty miles. You will be driving a lot so this adds nicely to the pay. Pay is every 2 weeks. Pay is by the job. Each job pays differently depending on the size of the safe or other equipment. This is not full time but there may be weeks where you are busy every day. You will be a 1099 employee. You can expect to make between 4k to 6k/mo. depending on how many jobs you do.
