Responsibilities for the role include hands-on maintenance and monitoring of building systems and a range of other responsibilities, such as repairing flooring, drywall, fencing, and appliances. If you want to work with a great group of people at an organization.
Location: Spokane/Spokane Valley, WA
Schedule: Part-Time, some weekends, hours will vary
Wage Range: $23 - $28 Per hour, depending on experience

What we are looking for:
3-5+ Years' experience of HANDS-ON facility maintenance or building trades
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office products including Outlook)
Team player that can work effectively and diplomatically with site personnel and supervisors
Working knowledge of building and mechanical systems
Knowledge and experience working with a variety of power and hand tools
Possess the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Requirements:
Verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of carpentry, cabinetry, painting, drywall, and appliance maintenance
Familiar with work order systems
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Valid Driver License
