Position Overview
The General labor and Cleaning Crew Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing our work crews, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently while fostering a positive and supportive work environment. This role requires a heart for service, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to physical, hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and support teams of individuals, ensuring tasks
are completed efficiently and safely.
- Work Oversight: Manage general labor tasks such as cleaning, haul-outs, landscaping, light maintenance, and other duties for commercial and residential properties.
- Mentorship: Act as a role model, encouraging professionalism, teamwork, and personal growth among team members.
- Logistics: Coordinate daily crew operations, manage and maintain supplies, and communicate with clients to ensure
project requirements are met.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges in a supportive and constructive manner, adapting to the needs of the team and
clients.
Qualifications
- A heart for service and a commitment to empowering others.
- Experience leading teams or working in a supervisory role, preferably in general labor or similar fields.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting over 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and organized.
- Ability to adapt to the needs of team members and the organization.

Hours: Part-time schedule, with shifts primarily during: (Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm).
Compensation: $25 dollars per hour.
