Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Laundromat Attendant to maintain a clean facility and assist customers. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, enjoys cleaning, and is available to work Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for customers to do their laundry.
Facilitate laundry drop-off and pick-up services for customers
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including wiping down machines, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and answering questions.
Restock vending machines with soap, dryer sheets, and other supplies.
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
High attention to detail, especially in maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Enjoys cleaning and takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.
Ability to work Thursdays and Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Previous experience in customer service or cleaning is a plus but not required.
