Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pesticide Applicator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with mixing pesticides, and documenting WSDA records, excellent driving record, small engine operation and maintenance, power tools and hand tools. Able to work independently in a face-paced environment where hours can vary and are on call.
Duties
- Apply pesticides to gravel prior to paving
- Operate and maintain application equipment
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits and phone calls
- Keep accurate records of applications and customer interactions
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly
Experience
- Previous experience in pesticide applications
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers
Qualifications
- WSDA Pesticide License or Reciprocal Idaho License
- Certification in Rights of Way
- Valid Driver’s License
Compensation
$25-$30 / Hr DOE
Typically Monday – Friday 7am - 5pm
