Kilgore Construction, Inc. is hiring Skilled Commercial Construction Laborers
We’re seeking experienced construction laborers to join our team for upcoming commercial projects in the Spokane area and surrounding communities.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
General site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
Concrete work: mixing, pouring, placing, and finishing
Assisting with framing, formwork, and demolition activities
Operation of basic power tools, hand tools, and small equipment (e.g., compactors, saws)
Ability to safely load/unload materials and stage supplies for carpenters and other trades
Installation of temporary structures, scaffolding, and protective barriers
Understanding of construction drawings and ability to follow detailed instructions
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Experience working on active commercial job sites, coordinating with multiple trades
Capacity to lift 50+ lbs., work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
