Position Requirements:
We’re looking for candidates with at least 3 years of CNC Machine Operator experience, including proficiency in the following:
3-Axis CNC Milling
4-Axis Horizontal CNC Milling
Lathe with Live Tooling
Operating Automatic Saw
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong shop math skills and proficiency with machine tooling to produce high-quality parts.
Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings to meet precision tolerances.
Show excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and correcting potential mistakes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with management regarding machinery issues and quality control concerns.
Work independently and perform additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Safely lift and move up to 30-50 lbs. regularly, following company safety guidelines.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Swing Shift: Monday through Thursday, from 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM.
Enjoy a $2.50/hour differential pay above the base wage, based on experience.
