We’re a dedicated team creating innovative products that improve the lives of people with disabilities. Right now, we’re looking for a skilled CNC Machinist with programming experience to join our production team and help produce custom, high-quality components for power wheelchairs.

What You’ll Do:
Set up, operate, and program CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components
Use CAM software to generate toolpaths and optimize machining processes
Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to ensure accurate production
Work with a variety of materials, including aluminum, steel, and plastics
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
Maintain equipment and follow best practices for safety and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a CNC machinist, with strong setup and programming skills
Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls (Haas experience preferred)
CAD/CAM experience is a strong plus
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances
Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Minimum age: 18
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team-oriented work ethic
Schedule & Pay:
Flexible options: Choose four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days for full-time employment
Part-time schedules available and flexible
