We design and build life-changing products for the disabled community, helping people live with greater independence and mobility. To support our growing production team, we’re looking for a Machinist/Welder Helper. This role is perfect for someone with a mechanical mindset who wants to learn valuable trade skills in machining and welding while working in a clean, supportive, and climate-controlled facility.
Key Responsibilities
Cut and prepare raw material for machining and welding projects
Operate metal working saws, manual mills, drill presses, and sanders
Use basic hand tools, grinders, and shop equipment safely and efficiently
Perform simple quality checks with measuring tools
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
No experience required — full training provided
Interest in learning machining and welding skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools safely
Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Minimum age: 18
Schedule & Pay
Flexible full-time options:
Four 10-hour days OR
Five 8-hour days
Part-time schedules available
