Parts/Manufacturing Team Member
Ag Enterprise Supply, Inc. is seeking a full-time Parts/Manufacturing Team Member. We are acustom equipment manufacturer and a full-line distributor of agricultural and commercial liquidapplication parts, equipment, and technology. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivatedindividual to join our team. The right person doesn’t need to know everything on day one —much of what we do can be taught — but a strong foundation in the following areas will set youup for success.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Fabricating and assembly of custom-built equipment
Provide industry-leading customer service and technical support
Install and maintain application equipment
Assist with design, fabrication, and assembly of custom equipment
Support our parts department as needed
Track time and components involved in manufacturing projects
Maintain a safe and clean workspace
Qualifications:
Welding, fabrication, and mechanical skills (will be asked to demonstrate)
Basic CAD skills, preferably SolidWorks
Press brake experience
Plasma table experience
Basic hydraulic knowledge
Basic 12-volt electrical knowledge
Willingness to learn and adapt
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen and physical exam
