Responsibilities:
Execute truss building projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Interpret and follow blueprints to meet project specifications.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Safely operate hand and power tools, and forklifts related to truss building.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a supervisor in the construction industry.
Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and project specifications.
Strong knowledge of truss building techniques and materials.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
Commitment to workplace safety.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in truss construction.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
OSHA certification is a plus.
Forklift Certification
