Job Coaches at Skils'kin support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities maintain employment in the community. In this role you can work from16 to 29 hours a week, and have a big impact in the life of the client you serve.

Position Overview:

Highlights: Personalized Schedule, Community Based, a Vision Worth Partnering With.

Working Hours: Various part-time shifts 16 to 29 hours per week; primarily weekdays, though may vary depending on client work assignments.

Pay: $20/hour + mileage reimbursement + cell phone stipend.

Benefits: Paid time off, 401(k), professional & personal development reimbursement program.

Work location: The greater Spokane community.

Please note we follow WA State and Federal guidelines for mask wearing, vaccine compliance, and social distancing to protect our employees and those we serve.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities, not required, but is a plus.

Strong communication skills.

Ipad experience a plus-we will train you!

Other Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment background check.

Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18+ years of age and have a safe driving record.

Must have reliable, personal transportation.

Empathy for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly/non-exempt position with pay issued every two weeks.

Paid time off (vacation and sick leave).

Mileage reimbursement.
