SNAP is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician I (RD) to maintain and improve an 18-unit USDA Rural Development Affordable Housing Property in Republic, WA. Starting salary for this position is $17.24-$19.30 per hour DOE
Full range is $17.24-$27.13 per hour
Position Summary: Provide maintenance support for one 18-unit USDA Rural Development Affordable Housing Property. Special emphasis is paid to post occupancy unit maintenance, property wide preventative maintenance and coordination with third party vendors. The Affordable Housing Maintenance Tech-1 (RD) will primarily repair and make improvements to multi-family housing. Work involves minor repairs to plumbing, toilets, electrical, water heaters, entry doors, windows, roof repair, ADA Accommodations, gutters, CO2/smoke alarm installation, steps, railings, painting, and cabinets. Other general repairs may arise.
