We are looking to add an office administrative assistant to our team!
Piersol Construction Inc. has been in business for over 30 years!
This position is part time.
Hours are Monday-Friday: 7:30am-12:30pm
Schedule may be negotiated depending on availability.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Filing, scanning, printing and data entry
- Organizing, maintaining and updating files
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Hardworking, reliable and professional
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Microsoft office experience
- Must pass criminal background check
- We are a drug free and smoke free company
Preferred but not required:
- Construction industry knowledge
