The administrative assistant provides comprehensive admin and clerical support to our hotel management team. Assists with communications, maintains accurate records, and supports various hotels in the US in achieving company goals and brand service standards.
A typical day will include opening mail, uploading invoices into company portal, reconciling payments, monitor supply inventories and place orders as needed, support compliance with brand standards an company policies. Assist with new hires and reporting documents.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
