We are seeking a detail oriented Administrative Project Coordinator to join a growing construction company based in Spokane, WA. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the PM's and team members with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Responsibilities Include:
* Maintain and monitors project checklists
* Creates and distributes manuals
* Prepares all binders
* Assists with change order pricing and submittal
* Maintains contact information with subcontractors
* Transmit submittal between architects and subcontractors
* Assist with job related questions
* Format design and distribute weekly newsletter
Successful candidate will have high school diploma with 3-5 years similar experience. Experience in Construction industry a HUGE plus! Must be highly organized, good attention to detail and strong communication skills.
