Responsibilities:
-Establish long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and one-call resolution.
-Maintain strong knowledge of company products, accurately respond to customers’ questions regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation.
-Provide product suggestions and sell our products and services to customers.
-Identify opportunities and provide feedback by assessing call trends and/or diagnostic improvements to provide a higher level of customer service, performance, and efficiency.
Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED
-Must be 18 years or older
-An awesome attitude with a customer-first mindset
-A desire to work in a collaborative team environment
-Related customer service experience and/or training is a plus.
-Willingness to work flexible schedules. 40 hours per week with OT based on business needs that can fall anywhere within our hours of operation, 7 days a week-5:00 AM-9:00 PM.
-Ability to multitask and effectively problem solve. Speaking with customers while logging information, following different processes, and navigating customer tools.
Wage: $16.28/hr. with the ability to earn an additional $2.00 attendance incentive ($18.28/hr.)
3 Week Training Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST
Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM PST
Must be willing to work flexible schedules. Schedules will vary each hiring class, Sunday-Saturday, 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Your schedule will always remain the same.
