The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Answer phones for incoming calls.

Make outgoing calls.

Call to schedule CC tune-ups and other calls to fill the service schedule.

Schedule appts in Service Titan.

Set up new customer accounts, updating existing accounts in Service Titan.

Make calls confirming appointments.

Dispatch service techs.

Debrief technicians.

Run payments in PayTrace.

Place ordered parts on the board that service techs call in.

Sell and set up Comfort Clubs.

Sell Duct & Dryer Vent Cleanings.

Note when tune ups are scheduled or voicemail is left and when tune up is completed.

This position directly reports to the Office Supervisor.

Upon taking a lunch or break- please let all office team members know before you leave,

Utilize all Department Team Leaders as needed for assistance with issues, etc.

Adhere to, and display the companies Mission Statement, Vision Statement and Core Values.

Schedule 1 year tune ups as needed.

Greet/ assist walk-in customers as needed when Office Receptionist is unavailable.

Watch schedule flow and adjust as needed.

Assist with daily payment statements as needed.

Service Hero 360 (call leads through Service Hero 360)

Check Schedule Engine site for any missed leads.

Call customers with declined credit cards for CC monthly payments.

Update payment information and update account accordingly (Update spreadsheet).

Assist with any other tasks needed or assigned.

Classifies Google Guaranteed calls.

Office Hours for this position: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay- Starting at $17 -$18 (DOE)
