DE Expo & Events Services is looking to hire an events logistics coordinator.
From trade shows to gala events, from weddings to theme parties and more you will be tasked in making sure all the contracted elements needed to make these incredible events happen are in order and complete for the event.
You will be assistant to our sales manager. Your duties will include developing and working with event timelines, coordinating event logistics, managing client and vendor orders as well as assisting in the production of proposals and contracts
This is a unique position and the right candidate will need to be highly organized, have excellent communication and grammar skills, past customer service experience and a calm demeanor, which are all paramount to this position. This person must also have excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
