Our fun and well established business, working with young children and their parents, needs an efficient, knowledgeable and organized staff member. We love our work, and enjoy being here, so you must have a great attitude, and a sense of humor! Must be competent on a PC, able to write and edit e-mail in a professional manner (good grammar essential), create and edit flyers, letters, charts, table, etc. all without assistance. Must follow instructions carefully, proofread your work skillfully and execute projects well. Necessary attributes also include excellent spelling, working comfortably online, the ability to edit our web site once trained, and competency in working in social media. Must be a self starter, able to work without guidance (once trained), and prioritize and focus on tasks without distraction. Must be able to converse comfortably with our clients (young children and their parents). Staff members must occasionally do light cleaning of our lobby and other areas. Must have reliable transportation. Raises made me given quickly to those that merit higher wages. The schedule will vary, but our current needs require a staff member to work primarily weekdays, possibly mornings (9:30 - 2:30) but mostly afternoons (example - 2:30 - 7:30), but also an occasional Friday afternoon (example 3:00 - 6:30) or Saturday morning/early afternoons. More hours will be available for the person that is capable of performing the above tasks well.
